I recently hired Ferns Pawsome Walks to look after my dog while I was away for a week, and I couldn’t be happier with the service she provided. She came into my home twice a day — for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening — to feed him and take him for a walk. From the very first meeting, she was absolutely lovely and instantly put both me and my dog at ease. My dog can be very excitable (and occasionally a bit boisterous!), but nothing phased her. She handled him with confidence, patience, and genuine affection. Every single day, without me even asking, she sent me updates and photos so I could see how he was doing — which meant the world to me! It’s clear she truly cares about the dogs she looks after, and I came home to a happy, relaxed dog. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and caring dog walker/sitter. She’s brilliant!

We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! Emily was brilliant looking after our crazy, lovable cockapoo whilst we celebrated our wedding. We had total peace of mind knowing our pup was in such caring and capable hands, Emily kept in touch and sent lots of pictures/videos so we knew all was well. Emily, also made it possible for our dog to join us at our venue for photos — which meant a lot to us.
