Hi, thank you for taking the time to learn about us, the people (and feet) behind FPW. We are Em & Jake, and we are both extremely passionate about our dogs and animals in general.

Dogs have always been the heart of our lives, and starting this business has been more about than just walks - it's about giving every dog the attention, safety, and fun they deserve while giving their owners peace of mind.
Em, the face behind FPW
During my childhood, the family always had several working gun dogs. The focus and ability of these dogs really left me in awe of their talents and the joy they could have when working. This was my introduction for my passion towards working dogs and lead me towards working and learning about all things dog

I have been lucky enough to meet lots of different types of dog breeds, from extra large to extra small! My secret love are Akita's - they are such large, soft, loveable dogs that, when given the correct learning structure and love, are such amazing pets.

When I am with a dog, this is when I am happiest!
Our Approach
At Fern's Pawsome Walks, every dog is treated as an individual. We pride ourselves on a personal approach - whether your pup loves social walks with friends or prefers quieter, slower paced adventures. We keep groups compatible with one another, and have use of our exclusive private field, basing walks on their personalities and needs, ensuring your dog can run and play freely.

Based in and around Wrexham, we've built a trusted reputation with dog owners across the community. We're proud to be part of the local dog-loving family - you'll often see us out on woodland trails, quiet lanes, and open fields giving dogs the walks they dream of. We don't rely on our exclusive, private field, we ensure the dogs trusted with us get to explore all areas of beauty around us
